Pudding coffee '

Serves: 4 people Difficulty ': Easy Preparation time: 50 minutes Ingredients 200ml. 100ml whipping cream. 40g milk. sugar 4 egg yolks 5 + 2 Petit biscuit type for the decoration 1 tablespoon of coffee 'soluble spray whipped cream 2 squares of milk chocolate ---------------------- ---- Moving to the cream and milk in a saucepan, put on the fire and heat without boiling.

Work in a bowl 100g. of butter, stir in 3 eggs and 100g. of sugar. In a small saucepan, melt 100g of chocolate, add a little at a time 500ml. hot milk and butter mixture, eggs and sugar. Add 50g. flour and stir, boil for 5 minutes. Withdraw the pan from heat and let cool, stirring occasionally.

Stir in the egg whites until stiff, then pour into a mold and bake in water bath for about 30 minutes. Cool down and misshapen.
