Roulade of veal with mozzarella

Serves: 4 people Difficulty ': Easy Preparation time: 40 minutes Ingredients 8 slices of beef 8 slices of prosciutto mozzarella 2 100gr. 50g of dried tomatoes. pine nuts 1 bunch rocket 30g. Parmesan flakes 3 tablespoons olive oil salt pepper Preheat PROCEEDINGS -------------------------- oven to 180 degrees.

Lay the meat slices on work surface and flatten with a meat mallet, then add salt and pepper. Cover each slice with a slice of ham. Cut the mozzarella in slices and distribute it over the ham, then complete with sun-dried tomatoes. Roll the slices on themselves in order to obtain a sort of rolls.

Arrange the roulade on a greased baking sheet, season the meat with a drizzle of olive oil and sprinkle with pine nuts. Bake in preheated oven for about 25 minutes. Meanwhile, wash and dry the arugula and arrange in individual dishes. When cooked, transfer the roulade with arugula on plates, drizzle with the sauce and finish with parmesan cheese.

Serve immediately. COUNCIL The meat rolls are excellent preparation to replace the usual slice, often unwelcome, especially with children. For the filling you prefer melted cheese like mozzarella or smoked cheese, Emmentaler or a simple slices, served with slices of ham, bacon or sausage for a taste more 'decided.

Do not forget to add some herb that gives the flavor and aroma to the meat and stuffing, great sage, oregano and bay.
