Lnguine with chicory and bacon

Ingredients for 6 persons - 450 g linguine - 300 g of chicory - 200 g of bacon - 1 / 2 cup dry white wine - 5 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil - grated cheese - salt and pepper Preparation Clean and wash carefully chicory; tuffale in salt, you boil again and join the linguine.
