Chive potatoes and fontina

Serves: 4 people Difficulty ': Easy Preparation time: 50 minutes INGREDIENTS 4 large potatoes 40g. 80g butter, melted. Fontina cheese 1 bunch chives salt pepper PROCEDURE -------------------------- Wash it peel the potatoes, dry them and brush them with the perfect 'butter zone. Place them in the middle of 4 sheets of baking paper and close by forming cones.

Place the cones on a baking tray and bake in preheated oven at 220 for about 40 minutes, until 'the potatoes are tender. Open husks and cut the cap to the potatoes. Season with the remaining melted butter, salt and pepper. Sprinkle with grated fontina and then scaled gratin in the oven for 5 minutes.

Sprinkle with chopped chives and serve immediately.
