Tuna and shrimp omelet

Serves: 6 people Difficulty ': Easy Preparation time: 60 minutes INGREDIENTS 400g. 200g of courgettes. 150g cleaned squid. tuna in oil, drained 120g. Rocket 100gr. 8 green beans boiled eggs 6 garlic butter prawns olive oil salt pepper PROCEDURE -------------------------- Tick zucchini, cut washers in half and toss in pan with a drizzle of hot oil and after about 3 minutes add the chopped boiled beans, salt, pepper and cook it even a few minutes before shutting down.

Transfer the vegetables to a plate to cool them in the same pan with more oil, stoves, small squid with rocket, hulled and chopped, shelled shrimp tails, salt and pepper. Turn off after about 4 minutes. Grease a 24cm baking dish. in diameter, copritene the bottom with a disc of baking paper and imburratelo.

Beat eggs in a bowl, add the vegetables cool, squid with their sauce, tuna, chopped, salt and pepper, then pour into buttered pan and bake at 180 degrees for 45 minutes. At this point, baked omelet and serve: and 'good warm and even cold.
