Chunks of fried turkey

Serves: 4 people Difficulty ': Easy Preparation time: 40 minutes INGREDIENTS 400g. turkey breast raw '(celery, cucumber) 2 figs fioroni flour 2 eggs breadcrumbs extra virgin olive oil for frying salt pepper ----------------------- --- PROCEEDINGS Cut the turkey breast in small pieces, add salt, pepateli, pass them in flour, then in beaten eggs, then in breadcrumbs and then deep fry in hot oil.

Keep the fried pieces on paper towels to drain them and then insert them in sticks to skewer. Serve accompanied by raw 'cut into thin strips, previously seasoned with extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper and garnish with the figs cut in half'. Brought to the table.
