Roll ham with goat's cheese

Serves: 6 people Difficulty ': Easy Preparation time: 30 minutes + cooling INGREDIENTS 200gr. 3 slices of ham zucchini 150gr. 100g fresh goat cheese. goat cheese salad seasoned parsley extra virgin olive oil salt pepper PROCEDURE -------------------------- Slice the zucchini lengthwise, season them with oil and salt and grill.

Work the two cheeses in a bowl, seasoned with pepper and chopped parsley. Spread the ham slices on a sheet of plastic wrap, placing slightly overlapped to form a rectangle. Cover with zucchini, spalmatevi over the cheese mixture, then rolled up, tighten the roll in plastic wrap and tentelo in the refrigerator overnight.

To serve, remove the foil and cut the roll into coils than fix the dish on a bed of salad. Complete with a little olive oil, freshly ground pepper and serve. Ideal as a cold meal or appetizer.
