Swiss all'emmental tasty croquettes

Serves: 6 people Difficulty ': Easy Preparation time: 40 minutes INGREDIENTS 400g. chicken breast without skin 300g. 120gr of lean beef. of Emmental Swiss, diced 40g. Grana Padano flour 2 eggs breadcrumbs parsley basil oil for frying salt pepper PROCEDURE -------------------------- Grind together the chicken breast and pulp calf, gather it into a bowl, combine the mixture with the grated cheese, salt, pepper, plenty of chopped parsley and basil and then divide into 18 portions which form the oblong croquettes in which to place as many cubes Swiss Emmental.

Spend the croquettes in flour, then in beaten eggs, then in breadcrumbs and fry in hot oil. Remove them with a slotted spoon and put to drain on paper towels. Serve hot sprinkled with freshly chopped parsley and, if you like, with a few slices of lemon or spicchietti.
