Melt 30g. of butter in a frying pan, Saltatio bean sprouts, pour a ladle of hot water and let soften. Beat the remaining 3 eggs with a pinch of salt, pour on the buds and make an omelette.
Spread half 'of processed meat on a plate greased with olive oil, lean over the cake and cover with remaining meat. Flatten the surface and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve the meatloaf cold, cut into squares, garnish with slices of cheese.
