Meatloaf, tuna can be served as an appetizer or as a main dish of fish accompanied by a green salad or a serving of potatoes. Ingredients for 4 persons - 200 g of tuna in oil - 2 tablespoons of grated cheese - 3 tablespoons of bread crumbs - a dozen capers - 2 eggs - salt, chopped parsley PREPARATION Drain tuna.
In mixer blend all ingredients until the mixture is homogeneous, if the mixture turns out too soft, add a handful of breadcrumbs. Pour the puree on a sheet of parchment paper and with wet hands, from the shape of a salami. Roll up and tie the ends shut with cooking twine. In a large pot, bring to boil water, lies in the meatloaf and tuna cuocilo for about 20 minutes.
Once cooked, remove the wax paper and let cool thoroughly. Cut into slices and serve.
