Cold rice with tuna and egg

Serves: 6 people Difficulty ': Easy Preparation time: 40 minutes INGREDIENTS 250g. Boil 200g of rice. tuna in oil, drained 4 hard-boiled eggs tabasco lemon basil salad tomatoes olive oil salt pepper PROCEDURE ------------------------- After boiled rice, cool them, drain well, collect them in a bowl and season it with a sauce obtained by whisking the egg yolks with half-boiled 'tuna, 80g.
