Steamed cod with braised vegetables

Serves: 4 people Difficulty ': Easy Preparation time: 20 minutes INGREDIENTS 400g. of frozen cod fillets 2 red peppers 1 small green pepper 2 onions (160gr.) olive oil white wine vinegar chopped parsley salt lettuce ------------------ -------- Proceed with the lettuce leaves washed well, covered a basket for steaming.

Disponetevi thawed cod fillets in a single layer. Place the basket over a pan of boiling water and cook the cod. Peel the peppers and onions and cut them into pieces. Saute pan with a tablespoon of oil. Moisten with half a glass of white wine and two tablespoons of vinegar, salt and cook for about 10 minutes, while the fish.

Sprinkle with parsley. Tip: You can also use frozen fish fillets still doubling the cooking time. Alternatively, apple vinegar, you can use the white grape.
