Sweet berry

Serves: 4 people Difficulty ': Easy Preparation time: 55 minutes INGREDIENTS 100g. + 5g of butter. for the mold 200gr. sugar 6 eggs 150g. 150g of white flour. potato starch 1 teaspoon baking powder 300g icing sugar 1 lemon. berry PROCEEDINGS -------------------------- Wash and dry the berries with paper towels.

Preheat oven to 170 degrees. Put the butter in a bowl and very soft with a wooden spoon, knead vigorously until it becomes soft and fitted. Add the grated lemon rind and all the egg yolks, 3 egg whites except one at a time, not add the next until you have completely mixed the previous year.

Add the sugar and, stirring constantly, add the starch, flour and baking powder to rain dropped by a sieve. When all ingredients are well machined, assembled in the three egg whites stiff and add to the mix also mixing gently from bottom to top. Ultimately incorporated the berries, stirring very gently.
