Sweet berry

Serves: 4 people Difficulty ': Easy Preparation time: 55 minutes INGREDIENTS 100g. + 5g of butter. for the mold 200gr. sugar 6 eggs 150g. 150g of white flour. potato starch 1 teaspoon baking powder 300g icing sugar 1 lemon. berry PROCEEDINGS -------------------------- Wash and dry the berries with paper towels.

Preheat oven to 170 degrees. Put the butter in a bowl and very soft with a wooden spoon, knead vigorously until it becomes soft and fitted. Add the grated lemon rind and all the egg yolks, 3 egg whites except one at a time, not add the next until you have completely mixed the previous year.

Add the sugar and, stirring constantly, add the starch, flour and baking powder to rain dropped by a sieve.
