Carrots and cress loaf with oatmeal

And again loaf is yes, but also a wicked thing to recycle vegetable scraps, etc., can, and is also very fast. This time, walked into a lot of carrots and fresh watercress. I needed something right for the fresh taste of spring-*-* I added lemon thyme from my indoor garden. But something was missing ...

Since I had the idea to mix in oatmeal nuclei, a great mixture has become that! I have bound the mass with an egg, a dash of soy sauce and whole wheat flour. Nice meaty, fresh, in just 10 minutes to complete and healthy. As a dip I made a sharp garlic-yogurt sauce. Peel carrots, chop coarsely and place in the shredder.

Watercress and lemon thyme, and chop finely. Egg, soy sauce, oatmeal and add flour, and season with salt and pepper. With wet hands, form 4 patties. Canola oil in a large frying pan and fry the patties in it on both sides until golden brown.
