Tomato soup

Ingredients: For 4 persons: 500 gr of peeled tomatoes, a large onion, 2 tablespoons oil, 4 slices of bread, 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, basil, salt and pepper. Difficulty: Easy. Preparation time: 30 minutes. Preparation: Finely chop the basil and onion. Fry in oil over low heat 5 minutes. Add crushed tomatoes with a fork, season with salt and pepper, cover the pan and cook over low heat for 10 minutes.

Cut the bread into thin slices and tostale for a few minutes on both sides, then arrange them on individual plates. Blend the mixture of tomatoes or a sieve and pour over the slices of bread. Sprinkle with plenty of grain and let stand 5 minutes before serving.
