Panettone stuffing

Serves: 4 people Difficulty ': Easy Preparation time: 30 minutes INGREDIENTS 1 panettone from 750gr. 400gr. 200g fresh ricotta cheese. 200g mascarpone. mixed candied fruit 2 tablespoons sugar 1 small glass of brandy icing sugar -------------------------- boxcutter proceed with a sharp hole in the bottom panettone a hole diameter slightly more 'smaller cake itself.

To do this, place a saucer upside down on a cake or a small bowl and, with the boxcutter, follow it a side dish. Carefully removed the "cover" and set apart, then with a spoon carved the cake for approximately 2 / 3 of its height (being careful not to get to the outer crust). In a bowl mix the candied fruit cut into small pieces with the ricotta, mascarpone, brandy, sugar and bread, crumbled, you have removed from the cake.
