Like all foodblogger for me, the shopping and what you do in the kitchen cooking shops ... If I ever come to the earthquake my house would stand leaning on the amount of industrial Caccavelli I have scattered around the house: D but not limited to also all those various tools almost always useless: D but "indispensable" and also the first for which it was love at first sight and the paper was one of those fairy novelty that I absolutely had to prove I found it here on the site Decorfood (where in addition to paper fairy can find lots of ideas for the preparation and presentation of finger food at very competitive prices).
The card fairy is a transparent film that can be used for all types of cooking and who gives food flavor and unique aroma. Aesthetically, then it is elegant, stiffens slightly with the heat, thus acting also as a "container" and giving the presentation particularly original with its transparent drapery.
I tested the card with this fairy really tasty recipe for spaghetti alla chitarra or the scent of the garden beans flavored with coriander. I spent a pasta quickly in the oven and served within these cones and I have to say it was a success ... all the flavors were trapped in the fairy paper giving the dish a real edge over a light meal and creative ...
indeed magic! Spaghetti-scented paper in the garden fairy 300 g spaghetti alla chitarra (Colavita) 200 g of white sauce 1 zucchini, 1 carrot, 1 red pepper 1 yellow onion and a coriander 2 tomatoes beans extra virgin olive oil Salt Parmesan to taste Cut all vegetables into chunks and cook in a pan with a little olive oil and shallots.
Cook the spaghetti al dente (preserved half ladle of cooking water) and toss with the vegetables and the sauce and arrange in piles in a nice square piece of paper fairy adding a tablespoon of cooking water to each bag. Close the paper and joining the corners cuodeti with strings of silicone or kitchen string and bake for 5 minutes at 200 degrees.
Serve with coriander seeds beans and parmesan.
