Stracciatella with spinach

Ingredients: For 4 servings: 200 grams of frozen spinach, 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, a tablespoon of bread crumbs, 2 eggs, and half a liter of vegetable stock, walnut mosata, salt and pepper.
