Ingredients: For 4 servings: 200 grams of frozen spinach, 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, a tablespoon of bread crumbs, 2 eggs, and half a liter of vegetable stock, walnut mosata, salt and pepper. Bring to the boil the broth, the eggs in a bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, bread crumbs and spinach. Season with salt, pepper and some grated nutmeg. Amalgam until a homogeneous mixture. If too dry diluiscilo with a few tablespoons of broth. Get the mixture with a spoon and drop it in boiling broth.
As soon as the balls are floating off the heat and serve immediately.
