Sunflower sprouts, tofu loaf with sesame crust

This was delicious loaf's finally healthy - way before I was so cold, so there was lately to read here less. So now you go but again I am doing better vegetable burger more times, prepared fix, and that can be prepared with all sorts of vegetables, a fabulous leftovers also! This time I added a block of tofu, and I just finished germinated sunflower sprouts.

I seasoned with some soy sauce and coriander, I wanted to give the whole a Chinese way. All stirred together, I fried the patties with white sesame, and peanut oil heruasgebraten. Delicious they are given there was a sauce made from 2 / 3 ketchup and 1 / 3 Worcestershire sauce, curry rice and green salad.

Incorporate as much flour and then bread crumbs, it has become a well-moldable material. Let the dough stand for 15 minutes. Then 4 small loaf shape it, roll in sesame seeds.

Heat oil in a well-stick pan, and fry each 2 patties in it at once on each side 3-4 minutes.
