Soup with seafood

Serves: 4 people Difficulty ': Media Preparation time: 1 hour INGREDIENTS 500g. 500g of clams. mussels, cod 4 1 head 200g prawns. shrimp 4 slices of bread 2 dl. oil 1 onion 1 leek 1 head of garlic 1 bay leaf 1 pinch thyme a few leaves of tarragon 1DL. 1dl of white wine. brandy 2 ripe tomatoes 2 tablespoons tomato sauce salt PROCEEDINGS -------------------------- Put the oil in a saucepan with chopped onion, carrot, leek, bay leaf, thyme and tarragon.

Let brown on low heat. Add the prawns and fry them. Flamed with brandy, then sprinkle with white wine. Cut the tomatoes and place in saucepan along with tomato sauce. In a saucepan, boil the fish's head with a scraping of the carrot and the green of the leek for about 10 minutes. Add the shrimp and cook another 3 minutes.

Castings and pour the broth into the saucepan. Peel shrimp, picked clean the fish's head, and set aside. Cook for 4-5 minutes. Strain and lava. Check the salt.
