Green Ravioli with Gorgonzola

Ingredients: For 4 people: 700 gr of green ravioli, 100g butter, 200g of gorgonzola dolce, 50 grams of grated parmesan, salt. Difficulty: Easy. Preparation time: 20 minutes. Preparation: Boil the ravioli in salted water and in the meantime, melt the butter in a saucepan. Add the Gorgonzola cheese, cut into pieces and cook over low heat without darkening.

Add salt. Drain the ravioli, distribute them in the dishes and toss with the sauce and cheese. Sprinkle with parmesan and decorate with diced tomato.
