Baked Vermicelli

Serves: 4 people Difficulty ': Easy Preparation time: 30 minutes INGREDIENTS 350g. 200g vermicelli. 200g of squid. 200g baby octopus. mussels 50g. 50g of onion. white wine 4 cloves of garlic, parsley 50gr. oil salt pepper PROCEDURE -------------------------- steam the mussels with a bunch of parsley and a clove of garlic.

Let them open and keep aside. Chop the parsley, onion, garlic and fry in oil, add the squid, cut into strips, and cook the octopus. Sprinkle with white wine and simmer covered for 15 minutes over high heat. Add the mussels you have extracted from the shells and cook for 5 minutes. Cook the noodles in plenty of hot salted water, drain it al dente and season with fish sauce.

Cut 4 pieces of foil or baking sheet and placed each on a piece of vermicelli. Close the foil and bake at 200 degrees for about 10 minutes.
