Meanwhile, heat oil in a nonstick skillet large enough. United garlic and fry for a couple of minutes. Add the zucchini, salt and sauté for 3 minutes on high heat, then turn off. As soon as the water boils, add salt and throw the spaghetti. After a couple of minutes, restart the fire under the pan and add more oil, shrimp, parsley, 2 tablespoons of pasta cooking water, grated rind and lemon juice.
Add salt and pepper and fry everything for 3-4 minutes on high heat. Drain the spaghetti and cook stir-fry with shrimp and zucchini. Serve immediately.
