Drain the tomatoes retain their liquid, spappolateli with a fork and distribute them on the rabbit. Prepare a finely chopped celery, parsley and garlic and spread it on the bunny along with a pinch of salt and a generous pinch of pepper. Cover completely with red wine and bake at 200 degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes, stirring often, pieces of meat.
Peel potatoes, wash and dry them, cut them in touch and add to the rabbit in the middle 'cooking, adding, if necessary, more wine. After the set time, serve, bringing the pan directly on the table.
