Madeleine to the coffee 'and apples

Serves: 4 people Difficulty ': Easy Preparation time: 35 minutes INGREDIENTS 125g. 100g of butter. 75gr of sugar cane. flour 2 eggs 1 apple 1 tablespoon of coffee 'soluble 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1 teaspoon ground ginger -------------------------- PROCEDURE With an electric whisk, work the butter into a bowl to make it soft, add sugar and eggs, continuing to mount the compound.

Add the sifted flour, coffee 'soluble, cinnamon, ginger and mix thoroughly. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Peel the apple and cut into thin slices, spread the mixture in the molds for madeleine and potential over a slice of apple for each mold. Bake for about 20 minutes. When cooked, remove from oven, let cool and baked desserts.

Serve. Did you know that ... The French madeleines are cookies originating Commercy. Their shape and 'distinctive due to the mold shell. Ideal as a dessert.
