Pudding for two colors

Ingredients: For 6 persons: 200 grams of dark chocolate, 100 grams of milk chocolate, 30 grams of corn starch, 5 dl milk, 50 g sugar, 30 g butter, 3 eggs. Difficulty: Easy. Preparation: 20 minutes + 2 hours of rest. Preparation: Melt chopped chocolate in a double boiler the two. Diluted in starch with milk, add sugar and melted chocolate and simmer, stirring, for 5 minutes.

Remove from heat, melt the butter and allow to cool. Add the egg yolks, then the egg whites until stiff. Distributed into 6 bowls and place in refrigerator for 2 hours.
