Meatballs, chicken and vegetables

Serves: 4 people Difficulty ': Hard Preparation time: 1 hour INGREDIENTS 450gr. 200g chicken breast. potatoes 1 carrot 1 zucchini 1 / 2 onion 1 tablespoon chopped parsley some chives 100g. 70g of breadcrumbs. grated Parmesan cheese 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil 1 egg salt pepper -------------------------- PROCEDURE Clean the vegetables, wash and cut into pieces .

In a saucepan, pour 1 / 2 liter of water with the onion slices and a pinch of salt. Put in a basket for steaming chicken breast cut in half ', the vegetables and salt lightly. Cover with a lid and cook in 15-20 minutes. When cooked, remove the basket from the pan and let cool. Cut the meat into cubes and chop with a food processor.
