Pan rustica

Serves: 4 people Difficulty ': Easy Preparation time: 60 minutes Ingredients 2 potatoes 2 tomatoes 1 onion 1 yellow pepper 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil 1 sprig of parsley, salt, pepper, FOR THE SPICY MEATBALLS 350g. Advanced roast a pinch of curry powder 1 pinch saffron 1 clove garlic 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan 1 sprig of basil 2 eggs breadcrumbs corn oil for frying salt pepper -------------- CASE ------------ Cut the onion into wedges.
