Pasta alla Trapanese cold

Serves: 4 people Difficulty ': Easy Preparation time: 30 minutes + 2 hours in the refrigerator INGREDIENTS 500gr. 300g of penne. 1 cherry tomato mozzarella cheese 1 handful of capers 1 handful black olives 1 clove garlic 1 small bunch of basil extra virgin olive oil salt ---------------------- CASE ---- Wash cherry, cut in half 'and collect them in a large bowl.

United crushed garlic, capers and olives and basil finely chopped. Now add the oil and then season with salt. Cook the penne until al dente, drain and mix them all'intingolo. Stir well and let cool to room temperature. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Lift the dough from the refrigerator, stir, add the diced mozzarella and season with salt if necessary.

Remove the garlic, add one last bit of olive oil and serve.
