Potatoes with walnuts

Serves: 6 people Difficulty ': Easy Preparation time: 45 minutes INGREDIENTS 1 lemon salt 700gr. potatoes 1 onion 3 tablespoons olive oil a bit of paprika 1 tablespoon of broth 6 walnuts 150gr. liquid cream PROCEEDINGS -------------------------- Put a saucepan of salted water and acidulatela with the juice of 1 / 2 lemon.

Bring to a boil and peel potatoes and cut into fairly large pieces. Let them boil about 5 minutes in boiling water. Meanwhile, slice the onion and let it dry in a pan with oil over low heat. When the potatoes are ready, drain with a perforated ladle and place in pan with oil and onion, sprinkle with paprika and drizzle with the broth.

Stir gently a few times and cook over low heat for about 30 minutes. Shell the walnuts into pieces and reduce the kernels.
