Spicy chocolate

Serves: 4 people Difficulty ': Easy Preparation time: 20 minutes INGREDIENTS 100g. cocoa powder 100gr. sugar-750ml. 200ml of milk. whipping cream 1 teaspoon cornstarch 3-4 cloves 1 stick cinnamon nutmeg In a saucepan PROCEEDINGS -------------------------- sifted cocoa. Add the sugar, cornstarch and cloves, a pinch of nutmeg and a bit of cinnamon.

Dilute with milk and half 'of the cream and bring to a boil, stirring over low heat. Whip the remaining cream. Pour the chocolate into 4 cups, removing the cinnamon and cloves. Decorate with whipped cream and a sprinkling of cinnamon.
