Warm chocolate cake heaven

Serves: 6 people Difficulty ': Media Preparation time: 50 minutes INGREDIENTS 100g. 80g flour. 125g potato starch. 200g of sugar. butter 2 egg yolks grated rind of 1 orange 1 pinch of salt FOR THE HOT CHOCOLATE 60g. 60g dark chocolate. PROCEEDINGS -------------------------- sugar Preheat the oven to 170 degrees.

In a bowl mix 180g. of butter and sugar until you get a compound well mounted. Add a tablespoon of flour, egg yolks (one at a time) and the grated rind. Continue to whisk vigorously for a few minutes until the mixture becomes creamy and fluffy. Sift flour three times onto a sheet of paper with starch and a pinch of salt.

Add it to rain on the butter and egg mixture and incorporate fully stirring with a wooden spoon. Grease and lightly flour a 24cm mold. in diameter and pour the mixture. Bake the cake and cook for 30 minutes. After the specified cooking time, remove the cake from the oven and let stand for 10 minutes, then move the blade of a knife along the edges to make it easy to remove.

Upside down on a wire rack and let cool completely. Prepare the hot chocolate: chop the chocolate and melt them in a saucepan with sugar and 1.5 dl. of water, until you get a smooth sauce. Pour on the cake, making particular on the sides. Serve immediately.
