Serves: 4 people Difficulty ': Easy Preparation time: 30 minutes Ingredients 8 large lettuce leaves and whole 400g. crab meat in brine 1DL. of natural yogurt 2-3 tablespoons of ketchup 1 small bunch chives salt pepper PROCEDURE -------------------------- Wash and dry the leaves gently and lettuce, with a boxcutter, Privatel central white without damaging the rib and left as' interaction.
Drain the crab meat and place in a bowl. Pour the yogurt into a bowl, add the ketchup, a pinch of salt, a generous grinding of pepper, chopped chives, and emulsify well. Combine the sauce with crab meat and stir. Put the lettuce leaves on a cutting board, fill with the mixture, close them in a packet and tie with chives.
Arrange the packets obtained on a platter and serve.
