Croissants with broccoli

Serves: 6 people Difficulty ': Media Preparation time: 45 minutes INGREDIENTS 2 packages of pasta ready brise'e 300gr. 100g of broccoli. of cream cheese 8 anchovy fillets in oil 1 egg 1 egg yolk 50g. grated parmesan 50ml. heavy cream 1 clove garlic 2 tablespoons chili oil (optional) salt TO SERVE pepperoni or ham -------------------------- PROCEDURE Clean the broccoli and divide into florets.

Steam cook them al dente. Heat the oil in a skillet and saute the anchovies and the garlic (whole, if you then remove it, or slices). Add the broccoli and if you like, hot pepper and cook for a couple of minutes, stirring once or twice. Let cool. Mash with a fork and grated parmesan cheese and diluted with cream and egg.

Stir in the cream so 'obtained and salt. Mix well. Roll out the dough and divide into 12 segments. Place the center of each a spoonful of mixture to the broccoli. Roll the dough around the filling to form the croissants. Polish the surface with the yolk. Bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.

Serve piping hot croissants with sausage or ham.
