Add salt and pepper. Pour the white wine to almost cover the chicken legs. Close the container with a double sheet of aluminum foil. Put into the oven preheated to 180 degrees. After 30 minutes uncover and cook until the wine is' completely consumed and add just before serving, chopped tomatoes and black olives.
