Cream cheese with honey and rum

Serves: 4 people Difficulty ': Easy Preparation time: 20 minutes INGREDIENTS FOR CREAM 400gr. ricotta cheese 1 cup honey 1 cup of rum FOR DECORATING 4 coffee beans' PROCEEDINGS -------------------------- toasted In a bowl, stir together the ricotta with the honey until creamy smooth and soft. Beat with a whisk or pass it to the blender for a few minutes to avoid lumps.

Serve the cream cheese and honey in cups, adding a tablespoon of rum in each grain of coffee and a 'decoration. You can replace your pleasure with a spoonful of rum or Marsala Port. This cream and 'a typical Sardinian sweet, so you can serve it with biscuits Sardinians.
