Lightning-fast radish soup with cream cheese

The basic recipe is in fact very simple. You just radish puree and boil with milk, broth and cream cheese.

Seasoned with honey, salt and pepper - that's it! So I have prepared them: clean radishes, coarsely cut and fill in the blender. Milk, broth and add cream cheese and mix vigorously until a homogeneous mass. Pour into a saucepan, bring to a boil and season with honey, salt and pepper, cover with basil, ready!
