Mushroom Stew

Ingredients: For 4-6 people: 800 gr package, 2 leeks, 200 grams of mushrooms, 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, 200 grams of tomato pulp into cubes, parsley and salt. Difficulty: Easy. Preparation time: 2 hours and 30 minutes. Preparation: Cut the meat into large cubes. Peel to chop the leeks and slice the mushrooms.

Heat the oil and let the leeks soften, add the meat and stir, then leave until I am good flavor evenly browned. Add the tomatoes and some parsley, salt and cook for a couple of hours, stirring occasionally. Add the mushrooms, season with salt and cook for 10 minutes.
