Roast pork with sage

Serves: 4 people Difficulty ': Hard Preparation time: 1 hour 10 minutes INGREDIENTS 1.200 kg. pork loin 10 sage leaves 1 tablespoon chopped parsley 1 tablespoon chopped sage 200g. toasted almonds 1 ladle of broth 3 tablespoons olive oil salt pepper Preheat oven PROCEEDINGS -------------------------- 180 degrees.

Cut the meat in the center to form almost a big steak. Add salt and pepper and put in half the sage leaves clean. Close the meat tying it with a kitchen string. Chop the almonds and mix them in a bowl with parsley and sage, chopped 1 tablespoon oil, salt and pepper until blended. Sprinkle the roast with the mixture prepared by pressing with fingers to make it adhere well to the meat.

Grease a baking sheet, roast Lie down, pour a ladle of broth and bake for 45 minutes, occasionally wetting it with its sauce. When cooked, slice and serve.
