Spaghetti with clams

Serves: 4 people Difficulty ': Easy Preparation time: 40 minutes INGREDIENTS 1 clove garlic 1 red pepper 500g. clams (washed well) 1 tablespoon freshly chopped parsley salt pepper olive oil 400g. The variant of spaghetti with tomatoes 300gr. of cherry tomatoes washed and cut into quarters PROCEEDINGS -------------------------- In a large frying pan fry the garlic and chili in 6 tablespoons of oil.

Add clams, cover and cook over medium heat for several minutes until 'will all be open. Be careful not to dry too much water from the clams. Meanwhile, boil water, add salt and cook the spaghetti. Drain the pasta al dente and finished cooking rehearsing for a couple of minutes in a pan, adding a little of olive oil and chopped parsley.

Variant with the tomatoes: Before cooking the clams, add to the mixture of chopped tomatoes, garlic and chilli with a pinch of salt and cook for about 10 minutes until dry. Add clams, cover and cook over medium heat for several minutes until 'will all be open. Drain the pasta al dente and finished cooking rehearsing for a couple of minutes in a pan, adding a little of olive oil and chopped parsley.
