Moisten with the wine and cook covered over high heat until 'do not open. Remove the mussels from the pan and discard all those that have not opened, also deleted the empty valves and placed the ones with the fruit in a baking dish. Prepare a mixture with the breadcrumbs, parsley, oregano, salt, pepper and a few tablespoons of the cooking of the mussels.
Mix well until the mixture is homogeneous. Fill out the mussels with the mixture, pour a little oil on each shell and bake at 200 degrees for 5 minutes. Be especially careful not to dry too much filling and lift the pan from the oven when the top is' golden. Serve hot.
