Tropical Pancakes

Serves: 4 people Difficulty ': Easy Preparation time: 35 minutes INGREDIENTS 225gr. 13gr flour. fresh yeast 4.5 dl. milk 1 egg 1 / 2 tablespoon sugar olive oil 1 pinch of salt 50g PER SERVING. dark chocolate 4 tablespoons apricot jam 1 4 1 kiwi papaya Physalis -------------------------- PROCEDURE Dissolve the yeast with 2 tablespoons milk .

Add sugar, egg and salt. Add flour and remaining milk and beat with a whisk. Heat up a tablespoon of oil in a frying pan, over medium heat, and pour 3 tablespoons of dough. After 30 seconds to a minute (when small bubbles appear on the surface of the dough), turn the dough with a spatula and cook other side for 15 to 30 seconds.

Slide the crepe onto a plate, cover and proceed the same way for the rest of the dough until all of the compound. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler. Open your Physalis and dip them in melted chocolate. Peel the papaya and cut into wedges. Peel the kiwi and cut into rounds. Brush the pancakes with jam and serve with warmed fruit.
