Peel the mushrooms eliminating waste earth, rinse them quickly under running water and slice. Peel, wash and dry the lettuce, cut into strips and place in bowl. Add potatoes, mushrooms, drained crabmeat, hearts of palm drained and cut into rounds and a few thin slices of lemon. Prepare a vinaigrette emulsifying oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper and a sprig of chopped chives.
Pour over salad and toss gently. To get a flat more 'rich you can also add two hard boiled eggs cut into wedges.
